We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.

An electronic device not switching on can be the result of many things. Most commonly there is a fault with the mainboard or the battery. We can diagnose a range of issues and replace only what’s needed to be.

Many touchscreens won’t work if the device has been a victim to a heavy fall or if the device has previously been ‘repaired’ and a genuine screen wasn’t used in the replacement. All our replacement parts come with a 6-month warranty.

We repair all smartphones available in the market including Apple, HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Blackberry, Nokia and Huawei smartphones.

Do not turn on your device. It’s best if you bring it the next day or even the same day, as we will have a better chance of repairing it. Of course if you can’t make it to one of our locations, try to dry it out, then bring or mail your device to one of our locations.

Water damage repairs generally take between 24 and 72 hours to complete depending on the level of damage. This estimate can vary, however, depending on the extent of the damage to the logic board and other components.

If we can’t fix your device we will get in touch with you to discuss your options. We can either offer you a replacement device for a cost, or we can return the device to you and refund your service charge.

We endeavor to keep all information intact unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems or liquid damage. If your data is particularly important please do let us know when you send in your mobile phone.

I got my honor 10 lite repaired on the 3rd day…..but again after 2 days, my handset faced the same issue…..i gave the phone back to them, but after 2 weeks of repairing they couldn’t fix the issue…..
At last they returned the phone back to me with a complete refund….100% satisfied with their dedication towards customer service…
